Stop Smoking
If you really want to stop smoking and you need help and support, hypnotherapy may be the answer.
A study published in The New Scientist in 1992 showed that Hypnotherapy is the most effective way to stop smoking, increasing a smoker’s chance of quitting from 6%, using willpower alone, to 60%, following a single session of hypnosis.
